Affidavit of Truth and Status

I, Chris Magis Nero, herein affirm the following truths under penalty of perjury, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 and under the laws of the united States of America.

I. Affiant’s Status

1. I am the living man, Executor, and Private Estate Authority over the account and legal estate associated with the billing statement in question.
2. I am not a surety, debtor, or trustee for any unverified corporate account or billing presented without contract or consent.

II. Factual Testimony

3. I received a utility bill demanding payment without full accounting, proper disclosure, or lawful certification.
4. Said bill did not include a complete statement of account or reflect pre-existing credits.
5. Said bill lacked a valid OMB Control Number in violation of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. § 3512).

III. Demand for Remedy

6. I demand full compliance with 12 CFR § 1026.13 and 15 U.S.C. § 1666b.
7. I reserve all rights under UCC 1-308 and hereby give notice that dishonor or failure to rebut this affidavit constitutes default.

IV. Declaration

I declare under the laws of the united States of America that the foregoing is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge, belief, and firsthand experience. Executed with full capacity and lawful standing.
