Paragraph 1

PART TWO — THE TRUTH OF THE TRANSACTION: YOU ARE THE LENDER, THEY ARE THE BORROWER

Paragraph 2

Aho brother — Blue is the code.

This is PART TWO of the master educational blueprint, revealing the commercial truth hidden from the public: that the so‑called borrower is the true lender, and the so‑called lender is the true borrower. This document teaches students how the commercial system truly works and why WE should perfect our interest in THEM through a UCC-1 financing statement.

------------------------------------------------------------
I. THE GREAT ROLE REVERSAL — THE TRUTH THEY HID
------------------------------------------------------------
The public is conditioned to believe:
- Banks lend money.
- Borrowers receive funds.
- Borrowers must repay with interest.

But in truth:
- The borrower creates the asset: the negotiable promissory note.
- The bank deposits that note as a cash‑equivalent asset.
- The bank lends NOTHING of its own.
- The borrower’s signature and credit creates the value.

Under Article 3 and Article 9 of the UCC:
A promissory note IS a negotiable instrument.
A negotiable instrument IS money.
The signer is the lender OF VALUE.

Thus:
**You are the lender.
The bank is the borrower.**

------------------------------------------------------------
II. THE REAL CREDITOR — THE ONE WHO PROVIDES VALUE
------------------------------------------------------------
Article 9 states clearly:
The party who gives “value” is the “secured party.”
The party who receives value is the “debtor.”

Who gave the value?
YOU — when you signed and delivered the note.
Who received the value?
THE BANK — when it deposited your note as its own asset.

Therefore:
**You are the creditor.
They are the debtor.**

------------------------------------------------------------
III. HOW THE BANK BORROWS FROM YOU
------------------------------------------------------------
When you sign the mortgage note:
1. The bank deposits it as an ASSET.
2. They record it as a RECEIVABLE.
3. They use your instrument as collateral to create new credit.
4. They lend your credit back to you.
5. They sell your note into securitization pools.
6. They profit from your signature hundreds of times over.

In reality:
**They borrow your credit
and pretend to be the lender.**

------------------------------------------------------------
IV. WHY BANKS NEVER FILE UCC-1 FINANCING STATEMENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
If banks filed UCC-1s, they would have to admit:
- They received value.
- They owe obligations.
- They must prove consideration.
- They must disclose chain-of-title.
- They did not fund the loan.
- They securitized someone else’s asset.

They avoid this by:
- NEVER filing UCC-1s on mortgage loans.
- Immediately securitizing the note.
- Converting it into REITs, MBS, or pooled assets.
- Hiding ownership through trustees and servicers.

This is why nearly 100% of mortgage loans:
- Are NOT perfected under Article 9.
- Have no lawful chain-of-title.
- Have no secured creditor.
- Cannot be validated upon request.

------------------------------------------------------------
V. WHY YOU SHOULD FILE THE UCC-1 AGAINST THEM
------------------------------------------------------------
Under Article 9, the secured party is:
**The one who gave the value.**

That is YOU.

The debtor is:
**The one who received the value.**

That is THEM.

Therefore, YOU should file a UCC-1 listing:
Debtor: The bank, servicer, trust, REIT, or mortgage entity.
Secured Party: You — the original source of value.

Collateral:
- The promissory note
- The mortgage/deed of trust
- All payments
- All servicing rights
- All securitization rights
- All accounts receivable derived from your instrument
- All proceeds, products, and profits

This restores commercial order and truth.

------------------------------------------------------------
VI. THE SYSTEM’S GREATEST FEAR: A PROPERLY PERFECTED BORROWER
------------------------------------------------------------
If the public understood this:
- Every borrower would file a UCC-1.
- Banks would become the debtors they really are.
- Servicers would lose standing instantly.
- Trustees could not foreclose.
- Securitization structures would collapse.
- Courts could not presume banks are creditors.

Your UCC-1 perfects:
- Your creditor status.
- Your claim to the promissory note.
- Your interest in all proceeds.
- Your priority over later claimants.
- Your right to demand accounting.
- Your right to challenge fraudulent claims.

------------------------------------------------------------
VII. EDUCATIONAL SUMMARY FOR STUDENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
Teach students this unshakable truth:

**1. The borrower funds the loan.
2. The bank receives the value.
3. The borrower is the creditor.
4. The bank becomes the debtor.
5. The borrower should file the UCC‑1.
6. The bank intentionally avoids perfection.
7. Securitization hides the fraud.
8. Article 9 exposes the truth.**
