This correspondence accompanies the enclosed Private Promissory Note in the amount of $100,000.00, issued and endorsed for Special Deposit into the above-referenced trust account. The deposit is not a loan, nor a request for credit; it is a fiduciary tender made under authority of UCC §§ 3-603, 3-604, 4-201, and 1-304. Upon receipt, PNC Bank, as intermediary fiduciary, is required to: 1. Acknowledge receipt of the negotiable instrument and assign a private internal tracking number (reference 'Fiduciary Special Deposit'). 2. Forward the instrument through the appropriate back-office channel for UC Technical Review and final fiduciary clearance. 3.
