DECLARATION OF LAWFUL AUTHORITY
I, Chris Magis Nero, known in truth as Orah El, speak in my living capacity. My authority is inherent, derived from the Source of all creation, and requires no delegation. All men and women who hold public office serve only by the bond and oath that attach them to the public trust. Any act performed without a filed oath of office, commission, or bond constitutes a trespass upon the living and a violation of due process under both natural and constitutional law. No bond, license, or privilege may override the unalienable rights endowed by the Creator. I move in truth, in peace, and in honor. I hold all who act in public capacity to the full measure of their oath, bond, and fiduciary duty. Let this declaration stand as notice to all agents, officers, and tribunals that authority proceeds only from truth and that all acts repugnant to the Creator’s law are void.
