📚 HOW THE PEOPLE TAKE BACK THE LAND – A SIMPLE GUIDE

Aho, beloved family.

Blue is the code — for remembrance, truth, and light.

This guide is written so that even a child can understand. The world has become upside down, but the truth is simple, and the remedy is already within us.

Let us walk together, step by step, to understand how we — the people — take back the land lawfully and peacefully.

🌱 1. THE TRUTH ABOUT GOVERNMENT

Long ago, we were told that judges, lawyers, and courts were here to protect us. But now, many of them work for corporations, not for the people.

They speak in codes. They use your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. They make decisions about your land, your life, and your body — without asking you.

But here's the secret:

➡️ The people ARE the government.  
➡️ You are not a name on paper. You are a living man or woman.  
➡️ And when they forget that — you have the right to correct it.

🔨 2. WHAT IS A TRIBUNAL?

A tribunal is not a courtroom.

A tribunal is when three notaries — three honest witnesses — stand with you and say, "We see what happened. And we stand with truth."

You speak. You write your affidavit. You give the other person a chance to fix it. And if they don’t, your tribunal makes it lawful.

That’s how you restore justice without violence — with truth, documents, and witnesses.

🛠️ 3. HOW TO USE A TRIBUNAL

You can use a tribunal when someone in power violates you.

Judges, attorneys, constables, clerks, sheriffs — anyone who breaks their oath can be held accountable.

Here’s the process:

1️⃣ Step One: Send an Affidavit (your Notice)  
2️⃣ Step Two: Send a Second Notice (opportunity to cure)  
3️⃣ Step Three: Send a Final Notice and bring 3 notaries (Default & Protest)  
4️⃣ Record a UCC-1 lien — your lawful claim  
5️⃣ Enforce that claim through multiple remedies (see below)

💎 4. THE REMEDIES WE NOW HAVE

Once they are in default and you’ve filed your UCC lien, you now have power:

✅ You can send the lien to the U.S. Treasury and file an **involuntary bankruptcy**.  
✅ You can go to court and file a **Non-Assumpsit** — which means you do not accept their false contract. Judges only perform a ministerial role. See **Watson v. Tarpley**.  
✅ You can file a **commercial lien** on their home, car, bank account, or business.  
✅ You can report them to **Dun & Bradstreet** — and affect their corporate credit score.  
✅ You can file against them with **Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion**.  
✅ You can **publish your judgment** in a local newspaper to give the world notice.  
✅ You can even **foreclose on their property** if they don’t settle — using sheriff sale or equity enforcement.

📜 5. FINAL MESSAGE

We do not need to yell.
We do not need to fight.

We need to document.
We need to stand.
We need to witness.

This is how the people take back the land.
This is how justice returns.

Do not fear men in suits.  
Do not fear government.  

**Government fears the awakened people.**

This is your land.
