Whenever you hear a man saying he wants freedom, but in the next breath he is going to tell you what he won’t do to get it, or what he doesn’t believe in doing in order to get it, he doesn’t believe in freedom. A man who believes in freedom will do anything under the sun to acquire…or preserve his freedom.” MALCOLM X MAY HE REST IN POWER Created with PDFBear.com
Page 4 of 17 In this short but precise eBook / manual, I will breakdown how to use the mail in your favor; and how to get rid of warrants, court summons, tickets amongst other things. Most people have no idea how powerful the Post Office and how to operate outside of it in order to maintain your status intact while dealing with entities who seek to contract with you via the mail. These are things I have done and still due to this day and it’s based on my experience that I am able to explain it to you in a way that you can understand and execute immediately. The first thing you should get familiar with is the Universal Postal Union. This International entity has been around since 1874 and its headquartered in Swiss capital Bern. They operate under the authority of treaties with every country in the world. It is, as it were, the overlord or overseer over the common interaction of all countries in international commerce. Every nation has a postal system, and has reciprocal banking and commercial relationships, whereby all are within and under the UPU. The UPU is the number one military (international admiralty is also military) contract mover on the planet. For this reason, one should send all important legal and commercial documents through the post office rather than private carriers, which are firewalls. We want direct access to the authority —and corresponding availability of remedy and recourse —of the UPU. The UPU has 192 members countries that have signed the Universal Postal Union Constitution and must abide by it. It consists of four bodies: (A) The Congress: it’s the supreme body and meet every four years. (B) The Postal Operations Council: this is the operational mind of the UPU and consists of 40 member countries elected during a Congress session. (C) The Council Administration: ensures the continuity of the UPU's work between Congresses, supervises its activities and studies regulatory, administrative, legislative and legal issues. (D) The International Bureau: Fulfilling a secretariat function, the International Bureau provides logistical and technical support to the UPU's bodies. Get familiar with their Constitution and how they move. I can personally tell you that I have seen a ton of remedy just by knowing the laws you are about to learn in this eBook / manual. May this knowledge you are about to digest bring out the Consumer in you and get you the remedy you seek. If you want to get more information text 512 843 0480 Created with PDFBear.com

(20) “Federal airway” means a part of the navigable airspace that the Administrator designates as a Federal airway. Whenever you and I are on the internet, a cell phone, television, radio, etc., we are within Federal air space. Whenever you send mail, you are within Federal air space, broadcasting your thoughts contractually, on paper. What is paper used for mail and contracts made of? That's right trees! The same trees that make the air we need to breath. Spirit means breath... https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=spirit We place our spirit=breath=words, into the contracts, etc., by spelling/magic/sorcery, returned to the trees on paper, then send the mail out for delivery as air cargo. For the purposes of this Convention, "unauthorized broadcasting" means the transmission of sound radio or television broadcasts from a ship or installation on the high seas intended for reception by the general public contrary to international regulations, but excluding the transmission of distress calls. 3. Any person engaged in unauthorized broadcasting may be prosecuted before the court of: (a) the flag State of the ship; (b) the State of registry of the installation; (c) the State of which the person is a national; (d) any State where the transmissions can be received; or (e) any State where authorized radio communication is suffering interference. 4. That is because the united States of America is truly a Republic, and people contract themselves out of that fact, by not knowing the Air Jurisdiction. Particularly by not knowing the 3 different United States, and how to contract accordingly from the Republic! C.M.R.A. stands for Commercial Mail Receiving Agency Within the United States, a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) is a private business that accepts mail from the Postal Service on behalf of third parties. A CMRA may also be known as a mail drop. Created with PDFBear.com
Page 8 of 17 A customer of a CMRA can receive mail and other deliveries at the street address of the CMRA rather than the customer's own street address. Depending on the agreement between the customer and the CMRA, the CMRA can forward the mail to the customer or hold it for pickup. Unlike a post office box, a CMRA operates independently of the national postal administration! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commercial_mail_receiving_agency Why you need a C.M.R.A.? (A) It's simple! Jurisdiction is determined by where your mail is received on the record. (B) Do not ever receive mail at your own home, or anyone else's home or business! WHY IS THE C.M.R.A IMPORTANT? Jurisdiction happens by where you domicile or receive mail! • This is also why at the beginning of court proceedings, the court reads out loud into the record, " • The last known address of the Plaintiff/Defendant is......." 123 Fourth Street etc......". • Once that occurs, they have successfully established jurisdiction over the parties, as an in Rem proceeding. Now that the record affirms that the properties are eligible for FORFEITURE, and within the coastal waters of the United States in commerce, the proceeding is in rem. Thereby forfeiting in personam jurisdiction! https://thelawdictionary.org/in-rem/ https://thelawdictionary.org/in-personam-in-rem/ This PMB / C.M.R.A. process lawfully places you, the living man or woman, directly outside of commerce, and under agreement to receive mail, through a 3rd party agent at the C.M.R.A. location. City and state (or state abbreviation). The city is any acceptable mailing name for the 5-digit ZIP Code serving the intended recipient as shown in the USPS City State Product. ZIP Codes are required on Priority Mail Express, commercial First-Class Mail, First-Class Package Service — Commercial, Periodicals, USPS Marketing Mail, Package Services and Parcel Select mailpieces, all mail sent to military addresses within the United States and to APO and FPO addresses, official mail, Business Reply Mail, and USPS Returns service packages. 1.4.2 Complete Address Elements A complete delivery address includes: 1. Contact the National Customer Support Center (see 509.1.0) for more information about the City State Product. 7. Correct 5-digit ZIP Code or ZIP+4 code. If a firm name is assigned a unique ZIP+4 code in the USPS ZIP+4 Product, the unique ZIP+4 code must be used in the delivery address. 2.0 Restrictions 2.3 Mail Addressed to CMRAs Mail sent to an addressee at a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) must be addressed to their private mailbox (“PMB” or “#”) number at the CMRA mailing address. 3.0 Use of Alternative Addressing Created with PDFBear.com
